What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Service-based small businesses — think landscapers, contractors, property managers, real estate brokerages, and the like. If you do hands-on work and want your finances handled by someone who genuinely cares, we'll likely be a great fit.
Do we have to meet in person?
Not at all. I work both locally and remotely. I'm happy to meet in person with businesses within an hour of Wolfeboro, NH, and everything can also be handled securely online if that's easier for you.
How much does it cost?
Every business is different, so I don't believe in one-size-fits-all pricing. Services start at $250/month, and after your free diagnostic you'll get a clear, tailored quote for exactly what you need.
My books are a mess. Is that a problem?
Not even a little. Cleanup and catch-up are some of my favorite work. I rebuild messy books the right way — not just patching the surface — so you end up with records you can actually trust.
What software do you use?
I work in QuickBooks Online and can set it up properly for you from scratch if you're starting fresh, or step into your existing file and get it back in shape.
